Ubon sits on the top floor of a magnificent ‘lighthouse’ building on the riverfront. The restaurant has continuous floor to ceiling windows, giving spectacular views of London. The menu mirrors that of its sister restaurant, Nobu London - new style Japanese cuisine.
The menu at Ubon includes dishes such as New Style Sashimi, Beef Toban Yaki and the legendary Black Cod with Miso. Island Gardens DLR
This Thai restaurant has some of the best views in London, with a stunning riverside terrace and vistas of Greenwich and the Royal Observatory. The varied and reasonably priced bar menu is a great way of mopping up a few house cocktails, while the main menu is an altogether sumptuous affair. The restaurant is roomy so guests are encouraged to linger and enjoy the live music (weekends only) and views while they digest. The Sunday buffet includes The extensive menu extends from typical satays and curries to the house special chilli tiger prawns, steamed sea bass in ginger & soy & a ‘weeping tiger’ grilled sirloin steak with chilli sauce.

The centre piece of this riverside restaurant is the Assado, a concave grill derived from the original Argentinian cowboy (Gaucho) tradition of cooking fresh meat over charcoal grills. The thick juicy steaks are cut and cooked to order on the Assado in full view of diners and accompanied with a choice of rustic vegetables and side dishes.

A Grade II listed building which dates back to the early 18th century houses this riverside pub. It is situated on the banks of the Thames in Docklands with an intimate view of the Millennium Dome. The food is first rate modern dishes supplemented by a choice from 16th century recipes. Lord Nelson was a regular and The Gun gets its name from a cannon fired to celebrate the opening of West India Dock in 1802.

Crossharbour DLR
This authentic Spanish restaurant in the docklands offers both traditional tapas as well as three-course meals, with mains the focus of the large, modern menu. The menu is widely acknowledged to be authentic. Fish and seafood for dishes like paella are delivered daily from
Billingsgate, while meats and delicatessen delicacies such as cerdo iberico come
direct from Spain. Sold by weight, the T bone steak deserves a medal. El Faro also provide a delicious roast
suckling pig which is flown in weekly from Segovia; slow roasted for 24hrs it
melts in the mouth. A real treat.
