Docklands Light Railway has Landed at London City Airport
Pontoon Dock Station Connects Thames Barrier Park The new route to King George V also stops at Thames Barrier Park, the green symbol of East London's regeneration. Now, the moment visitors arrive at Pontoon Dock Station, they are greeted by 32 fountains playing in a stone courtyard and can grab a cup of tea at the Visitor Pavilion and Coffee Shop. Families can then head to the children's play and picnic areas or to the riverside for stunning views of the Thames Barrier, a wonder of structural engineering. Definitely one of the hidden secrets of London's Eastside! ^ top ^ |
